The Prize

The story behind The Prize:

So Solara and Moto went coursing one fine autumn day. Solara won Best of Breed. This was the trophy.

Ok. When I first saw it I thought "hot air balloons".... but...if you are like the rest of us (with twisted minds) who were there that day, another ..uhhh......thing... also comes to mind when you see The Prize. ;)

We were all laughing hysterically when they started handing them out. Some of the guys who had dogs that won looped The Prize through their belt loops so The Prize hung in a strategic location below the belt and then walked around the show grounds like that.

The Prize has since been totally destroyed by the herd of Borzoi, but the photos will allow it to live on in images for posterity.
