What the hell does this mean? It's really
driving me mad. I laugh then I freak out.
Clowns hate tangelos. Clowns hate tangelos.
What are they selling or is there some some
sort of public campaign to educate the public
of clown loves and hates. This is really
making me crazy:)

It is on Charlotte next to were you turn to
go to the park. The next one will say
"Clowns hate you" or "Clowns
eat little children." Something evil is
going on. And I don't think I really want to
know. This one has freaked me out enough.

Apparently it's a series of
"promos" for Cartoon Network
shows... this one for "The Grim
Adventures of Billy and Mandy." (There's
one just like this one near Yankee Stadium in
the Bronx, NYC.) There's also one for
"Foster's Home for Imaginary
Friends" that says "I Pooted".
by the Lincoln Tunnel in NYC.

It's from The Grim Adventures of Billy and
Mandy.
Billy has a desperate fear of clowns, and
the man running the nearby tangelo-stand
tells him clowns hate tangelos. So naturally,
he purchases a bunch, and proceeds to stick
them in a colander on his head. And one up
each nostril.
It seems that the billboard is operating
under the curiosity principle -- post
something really bizarre and get people to
try and figure it out, then they have to
watch to get rid of lingering confusion.

UGH u idiots!!!!! Its from an episode of
"The Grim Adventures of Billy and
Mandy" when Billy has a scary dream
about being surrounded by clowns (i blame all
fears of a clown by the movie "It"
anyway.) Therefore, he tries all solutions to
get the clows away......and so he stuff his
nose with tangerines and tapes a collander on
his head with tangerines inside, but he takes
it off an instead, he shouts the whole day
"DESTROY US ALL!!!!!!!" or
"ill take the chicken"
