I'm curious as to your ergo chair. I've seen those quite a bit in stores recently, and I can't help but wonder if it can really be comfortable.

It depends on the person, I think. I know some who swear by them, others who can't stand them - it's best to try one out for a day if you know someone who has one. As for me, I shift around a lot in any chair. The main benefit is it forces me to sit up straight more often than on a regular one. I also seem to be able to sit on them longer, even if I'm not seated the "correct" way :)
