Trooping the Colour 14th June 08 Uploaded on Jul 10, 2008 Model for a HotelFourth Plinth public art project - Trafalgar Square London. German artist Thomas Schutte is the second man to be awarded the accolade of mounting his work on the fourth plinth. His glass creation, titled 'Model for a Hotel' is an architectural model of a 21-storey building, built from five centimetre (two inch) thick slabs of blue, red and yellow glass.
