	gamany says: hellz yeah. i'm giving up beef, pork and poultry, just for this month. i haven't had any violent cravings yet but i'm sure i will if i'm anywhere near a korean bbq restaurant. at some point i need to cut back on the sweets. i've been snacking on caramel corn and chocolate from the holidays. my poor teeth must hate me. so this commitment to eating healthier--does it involve staying away from orr's bakery? ;) Posted 7 months ago. 	...Lisa... says: gasp stay away from Orr's? nooooo! because that's where we get our fresh wholemeal bread you see, so uhhhh... you know, I have to go a few times a week :)) ...but I am committed to staying away from those naughty foods that I'm allergic to... chocolate, sugar and dairy in particular. I did give up coffee last year, something I never thought I could do. One vice at a time :D 30 days, I bet you'll feel great at the end of it. good luck!
