It's a bit hard to tell, but I'm about as wet with sweat as I would be if someone threw a bucket of water on me. I'd better get used to it. I'm going to be sweating a lot to get back to my ideal weight.

IMG_5188This thing will kill the feng shui of my house, but it's worth it to get back in shape. All of the hassle of this thing will be worth it if it puts a few more years back on my life, and staves off diabetes, and other heart conditions, which unfortunately run in my family.
