Its been a while since I've stayed up so late. Staying up late is like an addiction to me. Before you know it, you find yourself deep in a cycle which you struggle to remove yourself from.

Like with any addiction there is a sense of reward - peace and quiet, a time when the majority of people are sleeping...sometimes its so quiet its disturbing. But that is a consequence of the modern day lifestyle. Its also a time to think - those words in your head get louder and louder. Sometimes it can be scary. Maybe this time I've delved too far into the lonely darkness of the night.

A living nightmare.

Genetics

I was recently given the opportunity to test my skills at some promotional work for my uni. A nice and much needed change from my usual macro stuff. It also proved to be quite challenging, especially on the sports-photography side of things.

Mad props to my brothers - the one and only DJ-M for making many of these shots possible with the power of his peleng and superwide and aslo the myrmician, for lending me his 350D body, which, made my life much easier given that I mostly use primes.

Wish I had another flash to get rid of that shadow on the ceiling...
