This is the (filthy) lens of my old Agfa ePhoto 1280, my first digital camera. I bought it in 1997 for about 270 squids.

	Ashley Pomeroy says: Steve's Digicams has a review, with samples: www.steves-digicams.com/agfa1280.html It used 8MB SSFDC cards which cost $65 in 1997 - perhaps you could get them cheaper on eBay (which was only two years old at the time). "The 1280x960 high resolution is only necessary if you are planning to print your images at 5x7 inches or larger on a high-resolution photo type printer. The 1024x768 "real" resolution is fine for most people's day-to-day pictures for use on the computer screen, web pages or as email attachments." Posted 4 months ago. ( permalink )
