and disappeared entirely! I had to go up to the desk and get a new one. Five years ago I swear you would have had to pay for a new ticket if you did something nuts like that.

Bad luck's like that, always happens when you don't want it to. Like me, running for a bus the other day, exact change in my hand, 10p (about 20 cents, ummm....) slipped out between my fingers, fell into the drain, I had to walk home...

yet a strangely beautiful photograph emerges from the story! love the composition. (i also love bar code scanners... i get to take my whole ticket back home with me after a show. there is a whole new generation of people out there who probably don't know what a "ticket stub" is.... :)
