piggy in the middle

Piggy all tarted up with a pretty border. This was for a college advertising project, and the theme of my shot is the idea of the ethical/unethical sweatshop business, and how people are exploited to make clothes for the high street. Piggy represents the different bits of "bacon" divided up amongst those who benefit from the profits, the clothes are... clothes, and I wanted this really dark, sort of Delicatessen style mood to it. Pretty much did what I had in my head really. Which I'm very happy about.

I recycled this idea from a self-portrait I did in the summer. I think Xime will be glad I didn't try to recreate this shot instead.

You lookin' at me?

I wanted to get a sort of "don't mess with this lady" look here, one of a woman who is watching you like a hawk and doesn't miss a trick. And other such wonderful cliches.
