I'm going to see Woz tomorrow. I've been testing permenant markers on my MPB, but anything I use rubs off. I'd like to get a signature, but not one that will eventually wear away. Any suggestions on what sort of ink to use?

I had a Sharpie on me at the time but Woz had his own fine-point handy so he used that. I have not noticed a deterioration in that time, but I have not touched the spot where the signature is. I either have the MBP out or in my Targus backpack which has a 15" sleeve for a laptop inside that is unlikely to rub anything off. I haven't tried to rub it directly, just been moderately careful when having anything near the lid of the machine. That's the best advice I can offer.

Awesome, thanks. I also have a backpack with a sleve, so hopefully it'll stick. I've got my Apple//c with me too.. I wonder if he'll sign that. ;D
