Lee Szczypski (2000) worked in the pits as the data acquisition engineer at the Indy 500 for Playa Del Racing, helping drivers Jaques Lazier and Roger Yasukawa maximize their car’s performance. With driver input and the data Szczypski provides, the pit crew can make car performance adjustments in seconds.
