To take full advantage of Flickr, you should use a JavaScript-enabled browser and
install the latest version of the Macromedia Flash Player.

You can keep dragging feeds onto iTunes and it will continue to synchonrize. It's a two step process, first it retreives the feed (and associated channel info) then it downloads the first 'cast. You can configure you many it downloads in the options.
