This can't be good...

I swear, if it's not ridiculously loud neighbors, AC that keeps breaking, or mysterious half-apartment power outages, it's light fixtures that want to be water fountains.

No idea how long this has been going on for, but there's a nice steady drip coming off that light bulb. If this is the neighbor's fault, I'm declaring war.

As a humorous aside, the person who answered when I called the service number was unclear as to where, exactly, Archstone Tysons Corner is.
