DinTaiFung Sydney (鼎泰豐)

It's finally here in Sydney.

I heard a rumour that they never give the franchisees "all" the ingredients so all ex-Taiwan restaurants are never as good as the original in Taipei - and I suspect the rumour may be correct after tasting some. Don't get me wrong though, still way better than any other so-called Taiwanese restaurants that are around in Sydney. Still not available are the chicken soup and all the desserts.

We will be frequent visitors I am sure - just hoping the queue won't get too long, too quickly.
