Molds?

To take full advantage of Flickr, you should use a JavaScript-enabled browser and
install the latest version of the Macromedia Flash Player.

Can anyone translate this and tell me what these are supposed to be used for? I thought they'd make good molds for tiny onigiri or polenta bites. Each tray is only about 4 x 6 inches.

	OMBF / Obiwan Bento says: I don't read Japanese, but the picture looks like some kind of Asian agar/milk jelly treat. I bet they would work for polenta, though. 	Eudocia says: I believe it says "Sherbet Make". So it must be like an ice cube tray for sweet frozen treats. It would probably work good for agar/gelatin treats like OMBF said. Posted 6 months ago. ( permalink )
	keri_dvm says: I tried them with polenta and they came out fairly well. I sprayed the molds with oil before filling, and then stuck in the freezer overnight - the shapes expanded a bit in the freezer and that made it really easy to unmold them. So I may try it with rice when I next have some leftover. Posted 6 months ago. ( permalink )
