I saw this building for the first time while looking at an adjacent property. Now I'm completely fascinated by it. Apparently "Dave Chapelle's Block Party" was filmed on the corner in front of this. More info can be found here, here, and here.

Update: If I'd researched this for more than 30 seconds I could have discovered that the archictect's son has a flickr acount and much better photos of the location.
