I have a new best friend.
...and it's a meerkat.
Cutest creature ever.
I'm home from one of the greatest few days of my life. Josh & I went up to Maryland and the DC area for a few days. MOST IMPORTANTLY, we went to the National Zoo in DC and the aquarium in Baltimore. I turn into a little kid when I get around animals. I've always gotten along with animals better than people... I think that's true for a lot of people though. But anyway, the trip was amazing.
I'll explain the trip in a bit more detail later when I upload a few more pictures. I don't think it'd work too well to spill my heart on a picture of a meerkat. That might be weird. Also, it's 2 in the morning and I haven't slept in days.

So yeah, it seems that every time I quote someone as a caption or description it is always Ani DiFranco. If you look in my stereo, there's Ani too. Just sayin', she's kinda a big deal. Haha, well maybe just to me but that's okay. I went to see her Friday night in Richmond, VA at the National. Unbelievable show! The last time I saw Ani was in Durham last November... Good concert, but not the best -- only because of the audience. But in Richmond, Ani delivered a kickass performance with an amazing setlist. Because of that, my life is excellent right now! I'm leaving tomorrow with my boyfriend to head up to Maryland! I'm excited. I need a break from this town.
