A small grove off Shrewsbury Road, sights like these are very rare indeed...similar streets, groves and gutters that once existed in the City Centre and Vauxhall areas, are now long gone.

Gladstone Road, Garston
Gladstone Road is lined with terraced properties that look similar to those in Tranmere that were constructed around 1860. The housing more toward Argyle Road have the added feature of arched windows above the front door with brown and yellow brick detailing.

The Masonic Pub, Granville Road, GarstonOccupying a corner plot on Granville and Gladstone Road(s) is the Masonic Pub, a well loved establishment in this part of Garston. The lady posing outside the pub is a local who took an interest into my being outside the pub with a camera in hand. If any Garston locals know who she is...I hope she agrees this is from her best side.
