@tripod ape: he, he, I agree in a way
@ KristinLuise: Thank you
@Lybian_soup: I agree in principle,
however, the world has gone crazy long time
ago, and this is one of the better facilities
I have seen as compared to zoos where I only
saw depressed tigers, lions and leopards.
These ones are treated quite good, and most
probably, wouldn't be alive if there were not
there. Read more below
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tiger_Temple
where among others you can see that :
"...In 1999 the temple received the
first tiger cub; it had been found by
villagers and died soon after. Several tiger
cubs were later given to the temple,
typically when the mothers had been killed by
poachers. As of 2006, over ten cubs had been
born at the temple and the total number of
tigers was about eighteen..."
Thanks for the comment, it incited me to
learn more about what I already saw, :)

I agree the world went crazy long ago and it
is best that these tigers are looked after
rather than poached. Thanks for the great
insight into the Tiger Temple.

He looks so sweet with that cute yawn.
Seems like he wants somebody to put the
hand on its mouth and rub and caress its
tongue. LOL
By the way, that's a long and dazzling
tongue.

Maybe you should have another look at the
wikipedia website. Things are not always what
they seem looking from the outside in.
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tiger_Temple
In 1999 the temple received the first tiger
cub; it had been found by villagers and died
soon after. Several tiger cubs were later
given to the temple, typically when the
mothers had been killed by poachers. Or maybe
this is just propagander and the tigers were
all illegally traded and imported from
LaoPDR. As of 2007, over 21 cubs had been
born at the temple and the total number of
tigers was about 12 adult tigers and 4 cubs.
Where have all the tigers gone??!!!! There
should be at least 29 tigers at the temple
and this does not include litters of cubs
that did not survive due to being fed human
milk formula.
