Todd Antoine of the Great Rivers Greenway District, Virginia Blaine of the Parkland Cyclists, Jan and Brent Hugh of the Missouri Bicycle Federation, and Patty Vinyard and Karen Karabell of the St. Louis Regional Bicycle Federation present a "Distinguished Service to Missouri Bicycling" award.

For his help in the effort to make Hanley Road friendlier and safer for
walking and bicycling,
