Dundas Square, Y&D, Toronto, waiting on the storm that never came.

Was in Toronto getting the first stages of my visa application for Korea launched. Met up with another teaching friend, waited for my daughter to get off work. A book, An Unquiet Mind, Kay Redfield Jamison, kept me company while I waited for the various things to take place.

Had a conversation with a gentleman from the 'burbs, about tattoos and Buddhism and the inner calm that can be achieved by just letting things happen and accepting the results.

Left him and his family with a simple wish.

And that was enough.
