Newark Police At Smith & Atlantic.

This was the head of Smith street and Atlantic avenue. Newark police cars lined up. Apparently NJ state police, Newark police, NYPD, NYPD highway and a couple of other police agencies joined in this chase. The chase started in Newark NJ and ended at Smith and Pacific streets in Brooklyn NY. Note the Brooklyn Industries flag here. Never a dull moment in Brooklyn.
