Here's your context. A bridge connects the Metro/MARC/Amtrak station (to the right) with downtown Rockville (to the left). A bunch of 1980s offices (mostly lawyers, I'm assuming; it's a courthouse town) and a mishmash of other uses surround the historic Montgomery County courthouse. Otherwise, downtown Rockville doesn't appear to have much historic fabric; a few postwar commercial buildings remain around the fringe of the redeveloped zone.
