JP visited me for Halloween 1997. I was Aeon Flux, dwarfed next to his giant Jon Benet Ramsey. We went with Damien to the Brown University graduate students' Halloween party, and everyone kept asking if JP was Courtney Love. Their jaws would drop, of course, when he told them that he was Jon Benet Ramsey. The best part was that we were chosen to go onstage as finalists in the costume contest. We each were given the microphone to rally the crowd. JP took the mic and bellowed, "Who's your daddy?" and then answered in a childlike voice, pulling up his dress and showing his crotch, "I love you daddy." The Brown students did not quite know what to make of it all. Neither of us won the costume contest. A girl dressed up as a table won it all.

I think since the girl is dead they thought it was in poor taste. I would have felt bad if it were my daughter.

Anyway, I make Aeon Flux costumes, check out my site. Got some ideas for your next Halloween if you care to take a look. I make all costumes myself.
