The Scenic Interior of New Zealand’s South Island - One of Sam’s Exotic Travels

On the fifth day, we drove up Hwy 8 from Cromwell, to Hwy 72, bypassing Christchurch where we picked up Hwy 1, spending the night south of Kaikoura and continued on the sixth day up the coast to Blenheim for some shopping and on to Nelson where we spent our last night before returning to Wellington on the 7th day before returning home to HK. I have previously uploaded pictures of Lake Dunstan and of the Kaikoura Peninsula. These pictures are from other places photographed during the two days driving before reaching Nelson.
