~clement::tang~ composition wise its nice. Thank you. This
shot taught me manual exposure/metering is
not the option to go. At least in this
situation. Had it in burst mode, several
shots, but the exposure was either under or
there was nothing at all

Chee Seong Golden tone is because of the Color Mode I
was using. Its color saturation is at its
highest. Cranked up. By kenrockwell.com

rhythm n hues Actually I did not want these objects to be

this compo is perfect, three is a good number
for the balance, you have the tall opposed to
the small and the point which organised this
in the middle. It would have been booring
with a crop and looked like an ordinary post
card, here there is a tension and a real
story!

them. An act of throwing a little stone was
all it took to create/bringforth some drama.

to add drama here, I threw a little pebble at
the pigeons and thats it. And the instant was
good too, the guy who was feeding them also
fled LOL. but he went with more food in a
while, as I was there. Thank you guys

its wen i see shots of urs, the details
that are written, the comments that u get
and how u reply to them...i realise i dnt
know much about photography as i thot...iv
much to learn.
and yes, i too dnt like to "just
snap" shots, hoping that there would be
one worth looking at...i want to be able to
shoot things the way i want to. and thats
when i realize again that iv got a lot to
learn.

inspiration. I do not know much about
photography! But giving a try. Thank you.
As for this shot, I must say as usual I am
focus paranoid?! LOL I have used Manual focus
to achieve this, to capture the infinity to
close up. I think it was done by error,
rather than by saying its by trial. The lens
I was using had no Depth Of Field scale, and
focusing right to the sun I had problems
seeing the exposure meter. But kept my
attention on keeping the bird and it's flight
in focus range. I managed to get it well I
guess. Thanks to my lot-of-reading and bumped
to a new button on the camera. Depth-of-field
check button. :D Thats pretty much what I was
paying attention to. (Pretty lot of stuff in
a little while huh)
