Jamie Forrest of Curdnerds.com suggested taking a photo of cheese labels from the grocery store to remember what you've eaten. I think this is a great idea, especially as I try to further explore the world of cheese.

We were originally going to go for an Époisses, but we picked a Scimudin instead. It's a washed-rind cheese, and it was a bit strong on the finish for my taste. Very creamy in texture, and I didn't notice much flavor at the start of the bite, but after swallowing, it had an acrid, bitter, almost metallic aftertaste that was almost ammoniac in nature. I'm not sure if I'd go for this one again.

By the way, can I just say how much I love Bierkraft's wrappers?
