Jamie Forrest of Curdnerds.com suggested taking a photo of cheese labels from the grocery store to remember what you've eaten. I think this is a great idea, especially as I try to further explore the world of cheese.

This Carr Valley 6-year-aged cheddar was good, but I don't know if I could tell that much of a difference between it and a regular non-fancy cheddar. Perhaps in a side-by-side, but not straight out.
