my little neighborhood has a Starbucks and a Pinkberry within a block of each otherI used to like the quaint nature of it .. that doesn't exist anymore ... even the vintage theater was remodeled into a 3-plex. NOw, its considered a "trendy" neighborhood and the real estate values have quadrupled... then dropped. I'm moving in a month.
