I recognise this one from the Sky Movies TV commercial 'Billboards' which can be seen on YouTube. There's something deeply ironic about using the Sao Paulo clean city initiative to advertise their decision to remove commercials from films screened on their movie channel.

At the moment the city looks rather eerie, littered with the rusting skeletons of capitalism; I'd love to see it in a couple of years when they've all been torn down or blown over and the place looks like a city should - somewhere for people, not advertisers.
