shooting animals in a zoo is like shooting
celebrities on a high definition TV screen.

Of course I'd rather take a picture of this
animal in the wild. But shooting a celebrity
on a high definition TV screen is like
shooting an animal on a high definition TV
screen ... shooting an animal in the zoo is
more like shooting a person in the studio -
with the difference you can tell a person how
to look and what to do and you can set the
light yourself....

about this photo - the eye of this bird is
really interesting - but look around in
nature (or in my photo zoo): There are the
strangest eyes in creation....
