rustic ham & mushroom quiche

not entirely sure why i'm calling this one 'rustic' but it was definitely tasty. i made the crust from scratch, and used (canadian) thanksgiving leftovers for the filling. next time i think i'm going to switch the chevre for swiss or a northern american cheese, as it doesn't sit as well with the ham as i'd hoped.
