Yup, that's Counter-Strike: Source running in Linux. Normally it's fullscreen but when I took the screenshot it showed the top and bottom system UI.

Yup, I used Wine to install Steam and then copied my steamapps directory from my old Windows install so I didn't have to reinstall it. It works pretty well. If you run into any problems just Google it, there's almost always a solution somewhere. Frame rates are lower but my graphics card is good enough it's still plenty smooth.
