You can use the healing tool or clone tool.
Easy breezy. Ive never had dust on my lens
show on a photo, usually the dust is on the
sensor.
Great shot btw.

Personally I like your image. I have PS
Elements 5 and I used the spot-healing tool
for the first time a couple of days ago, to
take out both spots and large dark and white
scratches on an almost sixty year old scan
of myself as child . It was great fun to
remove blemishes and the result was highly
satisfactory. You should give it a try!

A beautiful photo completely. You'll love
the little things you can do with PS... I am
only starting with PS elements and have
bailed out a few beautiful pics that had spot
from dust on my censor. But for now I'm
totally intimidated by it.

I am awed that you do most of your work
in-camera. I am often discouraged because it
seems like photography is 10% camera talent
and 90% Photoshop talent. It's refreshing to
know that there are still great photographers
out there that don't rely on the computer to
make their photos pretty.
