Just before 2pm... curious crowds mill about
The airhorn sounds at 2pm--it begins!
The crowd rushes in--
--and the pillows start to fly
Wait, is that the state flag? Yes it is!
Massachusetts-flag-bearer became an easy target
Still and video cameras galore
There were more onlookers and photographers than participants, it seemed
Some people passing by were very confused by what was going on
Kids having fun at the pillow fight
Lots of parents brought their kids -- a fabulous idea :D
Folks of all ages participated
Even Anime Boston participants came by -- here's Squall (of Final Fantasy 8) at the pillow fight
