Памятник изображает дерево, состоящее из частей военной техники. На мой взгляд, очень символично. Советская военная техника помогла победить в войне, и сделала возможным то, что сейчас у нас мирно растут деревья.

The monument shows a tree made from parts of military equipment. Very symbolical. Soviet military equipment made it possible that trees now grow in peace.
