@Stewie: yes, circ polarizer and a two stop
GND filter. It was my first time out with
the GND and it makes a world of difference.

A 2 stop GND! That explains the 1/50 sec
exposure! I really am looking forward to my
30D and all the stuff to buy...
The dark spot in the left upper corner gave
it away (I have a circular polarizer myself)
May I suggest 'clouds over hills' On Black?

Love love love cloud shadows. My top favorite
imagery. Great subject and execution but you
have to watch those horizon lines, Victor.
It's harmed a few of the nicer shots in your
stream. Every landscape force yourself to
check your horizon line or fix the ones that
get by in post. Also, I'm not sure which way
the wind was blowing or whether you might
have been chasing the tail end of an
opportunity, but perhaps some waiting here
might have provided even more dramatic cloud
shadows on the large, open spaces. Nice shot!
