I don't understand. Why would anyone want to
glue themselves to a white tile wall, just
for a photo?
You either found a very big tile wall or
shrunk yourslf to microscopic size, too,
which is rather eccentric.

stickyness...

:D (Big Grin!)
I'm really pleased with the reactions to
this - it was a LOT of fun to do! My wife had
a fit of giggles at the tiny me sat all on my
own. The idea was totally down to the huge
quality of images in this week's Leeds
challenge - the standards really pushed me to
try and improve upon my previous submission
(Clouds in my Coffee) with something a bit
different.
Thanks again for the comments and faves

Yet again... WOW!!! Yet another amazing
picture - the fact that you've put so much
thought and effort in, really pays off.
You're always 10 steps ahead of everyone
else. That's such an amazing thing to have.
Well done.
This is great - maybe more so for the way
it's taken/how it's taken/uniqueness of it,
more than the actually pic itself this time.
But again - THAT'S great!!!
Well done
:-)

Just awesome!
Did you tweak this at all, as I can't get
over the fact that the paving slabs are
pretty much in line with the frame and
there's no convergence, so how the hell did
you line this all up!?!
I guess a magician never reveals his tricks
though eh ;)
Posted 15 months ago.
)
|
|
Hehe.
i) It was shot from virtually directly
above, so there wasn't any perspective
convergence to worry about
ii) It was shot using a 50mm prime so
minimal barrel distortion
iii) This is a slight crop in, so any bad
distortion would have been on the edges
iv) I did correct perhaps 1mm of distortion
on the right...
That do ya?

Cheers JLM, I think that'll do me!

I'm with pinkcappachino on this one. It's
the 'how the hell did you get that idea out
of your head and into pixels' that I really
like about this image; the story behind it.
Awesome!

This one's having a lovely run out :)
Thanks for the top comments. It's
interesting that it's the process rather than the end image that's provoking
the interest. I did do a version that was
heavily 'shopped in terms of colours,
saturation etc and was more interesting
visually, but lost something else in the
translation.

Are you placed in the "golden

In which cloud did you station the camera
for the picture?!?!?
Thanks for joining People Sitting !!!
