yellow fin tuna salad stuffed into baby tomatoes.
As soon as I snapped this pic I scarfed one of those tomatoes!
and added more tuna fish to the plate. ha! gourmet is too small portions for me!

... and stuffing into itsy bitsy tomatoes ain't easy.

1/2 marathon photo journaling
filling dinner without the added fat and guilt.
will have to see how workout goes tomorrow.

*update* workout went really well. had energy thruout.
