We're not painting the door, but I taped off the door handle anyway so I wouldn't reach for it and get paint smudges on the handle.

Taped and spackled and awaiting a fresh coat of white primer to rid us once and for all of the previous homeowner's over-exhuberant use of purple.

(We love the green and maroon accent walls they did downstairs, but this purple's always been a little much, especially in such a small room!)
