He oído rumores de que piensan rodar aquí la segunda parte de "La Semilla del Diablo" ("Rosemary's Baby"). Los productores de Ghostbusters también se han mostrado interesados de cara a rodar futuras secuelas :-DDD (Ver: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dakota_building)

Está situado en Aguadulce (Almería), cerca de la Guardia Civil.

Supongo que a su constructor le gustó tanto cómo quedó su "obra" que le puso dicho nombre y se quedó tan ancho :-D
