Like you I seemed to have hit a wall so to speak, over the course of the week i'll bounce around anywhere from 168 - 174. Water weight, beer weight, the extra large Carne Asada burrito or thirds on the fish tacos during the Sunday Charger game. My goal is to keep the fluctuations between 165-170. I still have a little flab around the mid-section that i'm targeting with specific abdominal and oblique exercises. Although I'm not stressing about it, as i'm feeling pretty good about my self these days.

ParkerD: Thanks for the update. Yeah, I'm with you on the fluctuation. But everyone bounces around a few pounds.

Keep up the great work of maintenance.

bought new shoes, ran and sweated like a pig. nearly passed out in the cold shower afteward, got sick for 2 hours, then - felt 500% better than before i ran

dec. 12
ran, felt better, wasn't wearing sweats and my legs froze like the muscles just froze up. yeah. . hmm. but cardio wise, it was really good.
