What started as a passion for cooking blossomed into a deep appreciation of the aesthetics of food and presentation. I began photographing food purely as a practical way to communicate dishes on my food blog, and before long was completely drawn into food photography.I love all elements of creating a beautiful and tempting food image: from food preparation to styling, propping, composition and lighting.

My personal passion is for natural light photography and food that is as "un-doctored" as possible. I am available for bookings: contact me via flickr mail if you have a food assignment, large or small.

I love comments and reactions to my photos. The talent on flickr completely amazes and inspires me. I love discovering new photographers and amazing images every day (I'll admit, I'm completely addicted!). Please do not favorite my photos if you do not have a profile or images to share.

Looking through skrockodile's photostream you feel the urgent desire to visit the world where she lives. There is always so much light and freshness in it like in summer mornings. Her photos of food and still life are full off harmony and style. And you'll smile everytime when you see her amazing dog... Her love to the land and its fruits can inspire you to go to the countryside right now and start your own kitchen-garden :-)
