Montgomery Hill park
So I packed up my tripod and the newly acquired 70-300mm lens, getting ready to shoot the Super-Harvest Blood Moon, last occurred in 1982.
Having been practicing for 2 nights, I was confident I can get some nice shots of the moon. Alas it was not meant to be. The moon hid behind the cloud during the full eclipse.
The epic sunset somewhat made up for my disappointment though. Perhaps I will live long enough to see the next Super-Harvest Blood Moon in 2033. And with any luck, I will still be able to carry my tripod up the hills.
