stanley park heronry

The Stanley Park Heronry is made up of more than five types of trees. The Plantanus acerifolia (London Plane Tree) are the knobby ones along the side of the tennis courts. The other trees are Acer macrophylum (Big Leaf Maple), Quercus palustrus (Pin Oak), Thuja Plicata (Western Red Cedar) and Pseudotsuga menziesii (Douglas Fir). Give me a couple of weeks and I will confirm whether this shot is Thuja or Pseudotsuga.
