Speckled Hummingbird (Adelomyia melanogenys)

The Speckled Hummingbird (Adelomyia melanogenys) is found in the Andes at altitudes from 1,300 to 2,500 meters (4,200 to 8,000 feet) in Venezuela, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia and northern Argentina. It's a small hummingbird at about 9 cm (3.6 inches in length. The sexes are alike. They forage alone for nectar and small insects at low levels within wet, humid forests.
Note the accumulation of pollen on the bill.
