Brown Hawk Owl

This Brown Hawk Owl was rescued by Yakub Bhai who is a guide in Dhikala, Corbett national Park.

This poor little guy was beaten up by crows and was lying in on the ground in the car parking when luckily Yakub Bhai spotted it !

It was not able to open it's eyes due to harsh sunlight so was unable to fly to a safe place.

After we took some images Yakub Bhai put it inside a thick bamboo grove and in the evening it flew away.

It was an Amazing Feeling to hold this bird in my hand !!

Sorry about the un-natural perch :)
