Chester - Stranger 47/100

As we walked over the Stone Arch Bridge today, we met Chester (or as he referred to himself, "Chester One" because, as he put it "...I'm the one and only). He was immensely friendly and conversant, though his picture belies that. He told us the story of the accordion he was playing. Apparently, his brother had rescued it from a dumpster behind the place he worked and gave it to Chester. Chester let us know that he'd only had it for two days and was trying to learn the polka, but he must have had some previous training, because he was pretty good.

If you're ever in Minneapolis and see Chester, stop, listen and tip him. He's a great guy.

This picture is #47 in my 100 strangers project. Find out more about the project and see pictures taken by other photographers at www.100Strangers.com
