This is the original Blue-eared Kingfisher (Alcedo meninting) shot at Lower Pierce Reservoir.. took me 4 consecutive days to be able to finally get the shots I wanted due to the very challenging conditions shooting in that area with either low light = slow shutter speeds or even when there is sufficient sunlight, it caused hotspots.. These are the result - FF closeup tack sharp shots with great details... :)
